Managing space booking requests

When a guest sends a request:

  • You will receive booking requests in the chat

  • These are also present in the Host Dashboard

 

Invite-to-book feature

  • You can invite a guest to book your space directly.

  • This is useful when discussing details beforehand.

  • The Invite to Book button is present in the Chat of the Guest.

  • The booking request will be sent to Guest after filling details

 

Accepting or declining bookings

Steps:

  1. Open request

  2. Review details

  3. Click Accept or Decline

  4. You can Accept from the booking card in the chat also

 

Tracking space reservations

You can view all bookings in one place:

  • Upcoming

  • Ongoing

  • Completed

  • Awaiting Host Approval

  • Confirmed

  • Cancelled

  • Expired

 

Completing space bookings and payouts

  • A booking is marked complete after all booked days are finished

  • Payout is processed after completion
